Products
We sell digital goods (for example PDF kits, templates, and related downloads). Descriptions on this site and on our checkout page describe what you receive. Access is provided after successful payment through our payment partner.
License
Purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the files for your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the pack as a competing product.
Payments
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Checkout, tax handling where applicable, and receipt delivery are processed by Creem or another listed payment provider.
Refunds
Because digital downloads are delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available once the file has been accessed, except where required by law or when a file is defective and we cannot replace it. Contact contact@aisidepack.com within 7 days if you have a delivery problem.
